We are particularly proud of our tender and juicy cuts of meat, including the Wanderhof beer pork cutlet, the ever popular Gemspfeffer, direct from the local hunter, and of course, our succulent entrecote  topped with café de paris  and on sunny days, you’ll find our grill chef behind the huge rösti pan preparing a wide assortment of sausages and other smoked delights.

Not to be forgotten is the unique Lizzy and the delicious Asian cuisine authentically prepared in the wok. And always remember all of this, and more, is served with a cheerful smile.

Coordinated with our menu we have one of the lovliest wine lists on the mountain. You will find from a Malanser pinot noir from grison up to French rarities whatever fits for you. The drinks start with ice cold mountainwater and end with our fancy Fuxämule served in ice chilled copper glasses.

Besides our focus on regional products, we are very proud to offer our guests a healthy and attractive lunchdishes which will change on a daily bases. Particularly happy makes us the challenge besides the menu to prepare a weekend- and or holidayspecial. Just step in and be surprised.
